Rotten floor in bathroom requiring refit

Insert new floor, put in new door, set bath and vanity. It is a small bathroom in a rental home which has had a leak causing the floor to rot through. The timeframe for this is important as we are keen to get it tenanted again fairly soon. Extra labourers are available to support this if required. Visits to the property are available Thursday 10th, Friday 11th. Looking forward to hearing from you!
