bathroom reno

Smallish bathroom. Currently 6.5m2, but will be extending to 7m2. Remove bath, shower unit, sink & vanity, bathroom cabinet, and existing cylinder which is in a space behind a wall between the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. Remove the wall that separates the cylinder from the bathroom permanently - this area is to become part of an alcove shower. Install heat pump cylinder outside the house just outside the bathroom. Install new standalone bath (taps and waste in similar position to current vanity). Install new wall hanging vanity with drawers (taps and waste in similar position to current shower unit). Create open shower from new extended space, with some short projecting glass "walls" (possibly this will be enclosed by door). Install wall hanging toilet, cistern in wall (currently bathroom does not have a toilet). All walls and floor tiled, with at least one recessed tile shelf in the shower, probably two above the bath. Existing built in floor to ceiling cupboards to be refurbished internally and new doors. Extractor fan installed, Electric heater installed (currently neither present). New LED lighting.
