Bathroom Renovation - Blank Canvas

Bathroom 2x3m needs rebuilding. Old bathroom has been removed and gib taken off. Needs new gib - walls and ceiling and a new floor as old one is particle board which has swelled, joists appear fine. Plumbing layout pretty much the same as current - all pipes have simply been capped. Minor electrical work to install extractor fan but wiring already in place so its simply relocating. Looking for ideas - vanity, bath and shower box plus flooring. Could do paint finish with some tiling around bath/vanity or use seratone tile look around the whole thing, again open to ideas for cost/ease of getting it done.
