Replace corner shower unit

Hi, I have a 70s bathroom in need of renovation. Shower update is the priority. Stage 1: replace crappy corner shower ASAP - not sure whether to tile or install complete corner unit. Shower tray sits approx 200mm off floor - centre waste. As this is a holiday home, viewings and job will need to work around bookings. (Stage 2: update toilet and vanity - timeframe approx end Feb. Stage 3: update flooring, options and quote for tiled floor with underfloor heating. Timeframe approx end March.) Happy to discuss the above - Cheers Donna
