Removal of ceiling for investigation

We have a small 2 storey office unit based in Mangere. There has been an issue with the shower leaking upstairs. The shower has been looked at in the past and told it wasn't worth fixing/entire shower needs to come out. The downstairs bathroom which is below the shower is barely used so it was only recently discovered that the ceiling now has reasonable sized patch of mould. Initially we are just wanting to get that downstairs ceiling removed so we can investigate the state of things in that ceiling/floor space and assess next steps. Likely to lead to more work once we figure out plan of action for shower and reinstatement etc.
