Bathroom Renovation

Quotes invited for bathroom (also used as laundry) and toilet overhaul. This is for a small rental property bathroom. It will need to be functional and hard wearing. Looking to remove bath and add a shower, replace basin and possibly move things around. I would also need to know a realistic time frame for when the work would happen and for how long the duration of the project. Thank you for your consideration :)
