Replace Shower, Toilet, Vanity + minor repairs

Replace shower, toilet and vanity with new. Relocate external tap mount on block wall, minimum 500mm from fibrolite wall. Patch over exterior sheeting in 3 places. Install door stop to prevent door from creating new hole in external wall. External fibrolite sheeting will be supplied by owner. External painting not required will be by others Removal of all building waste from site.
