I am converting an internal garage to a master with ensuite and laundry. this is currently in the process of being drafted and council building consent submitted. I'm looking for a registered plumber to do the plumbing work including navigating the any inspection points council needs, would be idea if you have some trusted sub contractor contact such as tilers to help streamline the process. on the plans there is an alteration to the living and kitchen area but this will only be commenced after the conversion of the garage is complete. i've attached some draft plans to show an idea of the work cheers, Ali
