Knock down wall between entrance hallway and living room - extend living area

- we want the wall dividing the 'entrance hallway' and 'living room' removed to extend the living room space area (the wall is not a supporting wall). The wall also extends outside the entrance door as a brick wall. We want to remove this brick wall as well to extend the living area space.
- we then want the new entry door to be pushed out and installed at the end of the brick wall and new flooring to be installed in the new space gained inside the entrance.
- depending on quotes, and finance we would like the job done this year 2020.
