Laundry/Shower Repair

Laundry requires basin to be fixed/replaced including tap ware Bathroom shower unit requires replacement, along with extractor as this has not worked in a while, could be a leak problem as shower tray has a crack, will require builder, plumber and electrician and maybe tiler if tiles on bathroom floor needs to be removed. The shower unit is measured at 1 metre by 1 metre. Need this to be addressed as soon as possible to prevent further deterioration.
