Job description
1. Enclose existing alfresco area to enlarge family room upgrading to comply with building code 2. Extend roof line and build a new alfresco in the same style as the existing alfresco 3. Add new roof over area between family room and bedroom to create new covered BBQ area 4. Add low level decking to integrate both areas Timeframe: completion end 2019 Note: photos to be added tomorrow
