bathroom renovation
Job description
The bathroom has a floor area of about 3.6 square metres and will be extended to approx 4.8 square metres. An alcove will be added for a new bath (see plan_existing.jpg and plan_new.jpg). A support beam may be needed to be put in the new alcove area, so would like a registered/master builder for this. New toilet, vanity to also be installed. Tiles to be laid on floor and in bath alcove to ceiling height. Walls to be plastered and painted. I have an electrician and plumber, so will need a builder, plasterer/painter and a tiler. Work to be done before Christmas, prefer start date of around mid November.

We had a tight schedule with a bathroom renovation needed before Christmas. BCG started on time and also finished the project on time within a 2-3 week window, we were impressed with their speed and efficiency. There could have been a little bit more communication with a couple of things, but we appreciate they were quite busy and overall we're very happy with the result. There were some finishing touches that needed attending to in the New Year - these were quickly done. Thanks BCG.
