Shower Replacement
Job description
house was built in 70ies. our existing shower is approx 2.2mx1.2m. it has shower door and shower tray. floor is concrete. walls (outside shower cubicle are painted gib) and shower is acrylic board/lining. what needs to be done: remove shower board/lining (it is cracked) remove existing shower fixtures tile all walls full height tile floor install new shower fixtures waterproof around the window (it is approx 50cm x 50 cm) waterproof everything else as required to be discussed (depending if it can be done) replace shower tray and have level entry shower; make necessary falls for drainage there is an existing exhaust that is disconnected, review if it can be used; possibility or installing new vent (refer to photos)
