Garage addition with concrete slab floor. Removal of structural and non-structural walls. Installation of engineered beams. Build new internal and external walls. Reline entire internal walls and insulate. New en-suite installation. Kitchen renovation Fit new windows and doors. Renovate existing bathroom. Architecturally designed plans currently with engineer. Expecting to go to council shortly, estimated start time is early 2022.
