Remove existing windows and replace with bi-fold door

1. Remove existing wooden framed window in lounge approx 2600 w x 2150 h including exterior brick cladding and interior gib etc. Install in new new opening a bi-fold door(yet to be made). 2. Remove existing 1660 x 1300 h wooden framed window on opposite wall and seal opening. i.e no longer want a window on that wall.
