Kitchen bench replacement

The kitchen bench in my rental property currently appears to be MDF/chipboard (or similar) with tiles on top. Over the years the grout between the tiles has cracked and the wood beneath is swelling. This means the tiles are popping out and it needs to be replaced. One section of the kitchen bench is a type of laminate that is still in excellent condition. Pics attached. I need the tiled area of the kitchen bench top replaced with a new material. This includes taking the tiles and previous water damaged wood out, and replacing it with a new material. I prefer for the tile section to be replaced with a laminate that matches (or closely matches) the other section of laminate. In order to be successfully awarded the job, you must: 1. Provide an expected date you can get to the job. I am currently out of the country, but will be back in the country on 13 Mar 19. This job needs to be completed and invoiced by 31 Mar 19, it cannot be done any later.
