Remove bath, rearrange, shower for low mobility use.

I prefer hospital-style tiling, flexible hose-shower head, room for seating. room may be partly tiled plus vinyl. Replace bench sink top- now 40 years old. Keep the two tap layout. Repair or replace vanity unit-water damage. This can be relocated. Resurface and re-lay floor. Replace wall covering- It is Ceratone + wallpaper at present. Add extractor fan/light unit. Repaint or replace ceiling. -It is painted pinex board, really rough-looking. Add new mirror. Replace, relocate towel rails. Refinish and/or relocate windows, window frame as required. Inspect framing for any rot, water damage. Repairs can be added to the initial estimate, as required. There are no major leaks, but possible seepage through caulking. It has been repaired before, about 20 years ago, due to bad water damage, rot. This involves removing and replacing the outer skin and reinstating the woodwork. Liaise with BOP plumbing for pipework.
