Bathroom renovation

I have a small bathroom which has a bath, shower, and vanity. I need to replace the roof, remove the bath, install a vanity and new shower tray. I would like the floor and walls tiled as well as the shower cubicle. I'll need an electrician to install a 3n1 fan/light and a heated towel rail. Plumbing will also need to be done to vanity and shower. The bathroom area is = length 2.5m x 4m
