Resurfacing enamel bath

I have an enamel bath that was resurfaced about five years ago. The inside is peeling quite badly and needs to be re-done. The outside is fine and does not need work. I would prefer if the work could be done in situ, but if it's necessary for you to take it away, that's okay.
