Renovation of one complete bathroom. Replace shower in separate bathroom. Replace toilet and vanity in separate wc. Replace laundry cabinet and tap. Work involves plumbing, builder, electrical, tiling and painting. Ideally would have one person to coordinate and oversee all work. This is pre-sale work and required to be completed within 6 months maximum.
