Job description
Removal of all existing bathroom ware. Plumbing in of new acrylic bath (existing bath cradle required to be adjusted or rebuilt). Small tiling at end of bath. Over-bath shower slider and mixer to be replaced. Shower-bath glass screen mounted. New Seratone surround 2 walls around bath replaced. New toilet plumbed. Wall hung vanity (to replace floor one) installed with new mixer tap. Vinyl flooring to be laid. Mounting of new mirror. Pictures attached show old bathroom and replacement ware. Bath, vanity, shower slider, toilet and basin mixer and acrylic flooring already sourced from top quality suppliers (no cheap imports). Do not require work on walls as painter already contracted to complete this. Materials: acrylic flooring, Seratone, wood required for mixer, tiles, shower mixer will be sourced by us, so not to be included in quote. Basin and bath waste catchers and misc plumbing to be included in quote as a breakdown.

Mark was extremely professional, easy to communicate with and got the job done quickly. Competitively priced, not too high, not too low (so I knew it would be quality work). When a small concern was raised after an the subcontracted builder completed his work, he did all he could to remedy the issue, and did. Highly recommend.
