Adding another level to existing single-storey home

We require someone to: 1)assess whether the house is structurally sound to have another level built on top of it 2) assist with concept and design process 3) demolish and rebuild a separate studio unit 4) assist with renovation of existing rooms, kitchen and bathroom + building new bedroom and bathroom Time frame: preferably over the upcoming summer.
