Full bathroom renovation in 70s Lockwood

1970's Lockwood with the original bathroom ( 2.9m x 1.9m) that needs a full renovation. We are wanting to remove the bath, and replace with a large shower, that will enable easy access for a person with limited mobility. New toilet, vanity, taps, extractor fan , flooring, lighting and waterproof gib. We would like the shower to be located besides the door ( where the existing vanity is located) to provide the ease of access required. This will likely require cutting the floor to connect new drainage to the existing bath drain. Vanity to be installed where the bath is currently located There is no existing extractor, so this will need to be installed into the external wall. We have not purchased any of the new products ( shower, toilet etc) so looking for guidance. Would be good if the organisation responding could take on the overall project lead, to co-ordinate the various trades required for this. Would like this work done within 3 to 4 months or sooner.
