Reno and joining main house and sleepout

Good afternoon, Our place has a 50m2 main house and 45m2 sleep-out, both good build. They are fairly close together. The main house is on piles, the sleepout on a concrete slab. so different height roof and floor level The build would include: -joining the two house the new floor would be same level as sleepout so a concrete slab. -opening up the back of the house and the sleep out walls where the join will be to have a more open plan area. (so adding support beams...etc) -adding a proper entrance to the house. - a new kitchen dinning area and reflooring the main house (currently a combo of carpet and laminate floor). -and possibly transforming part of the exisiting deck and porch into a corridor to access the 2nd bedroom in the main house (see sketch in photos) - if that is possible. We are pretty open on how the two houses get join. We just want to retain the beach and relax vibe this place has. At with the first site visit with you, I guess we would need to assess what is possible to do or not with the existing buildings. I have join a quick plan view sketch and I might have an improved plan view of the new layout soon. Looking forward to hearing back from you
