Minor house renovation work

We have a house requiring some minor plastering and building work done. House is 1930's brick clad bungalow. Would like this work quoted to be done as soon as possible before winter. Job list: 1. Gib board replacement or patch-up where kitchen units were removed - optionally supply and install a french exterior door in the former kitchen (brick cladding will need to be cut to accomodate); 2. Additional Gib repairs where plumbers have cut away to do pipework; 3. Remove and restore or replace skirting as necessary for Gib repairs; 4. Repair hole in bathroom floor; 5. Supply and install skirting to bathroom.
