a) Remove existing rangehood and install new range hood (standalone) b) Remove existing stove/oven and install New stovetop/oven c) Paint interior kitchen walls white d) Supply and fit a tile splash-back to the wall behind the kitchen bench and cooktop to rangehood area e) remove existing benchtop and install with new stone benchtop, including new sink & single-mixer tap. f) remove existing cabinetry and install new cabinetry with new handles g) Remove existing top cabinetry completely (refer photo #1) h) Remove pantry and replace with cabinetry top and bottom to create space for a benchtop (refer photo #2) i) Remove built in wall cabinet and create space for fridge (will need to relocate the water heater that is currently inside) (refer photo #3) j) Kitchen renovation to follow colour theme of example photo #5
