Replace kitchen tap and sink

We would like our kitchen sink to be replaced with a bowl+1/4 bowl sink with the drainer on the left side. Similar to these: --- / --- --- / --- And a goose-neck tap (preferably a pull out tap) like this: --- / --- Please see attached photos of our existing sink. Existing sink is roughly 800mm x 480mm x 15mm
