Good day!
I'm looking for a Handyman/Builder to replace the existing bathtub and Vanity. it
may require tiling work around the bathtub if any damage to the tiles when replacing the bathtub. removal rubbish has to be disposed of.
if any plumbing/electric work is required. you have to organize yourself to manage the time
Also, I need some consultation for additional shower/toilet setup. if possible on the existing house footprint
Kindly note, I need this work to start on next month Jan 23rd without any delay. it is a rental property so I can't really change the date as this project needs to complete in a week of time once started. Unfortunately, I can't change the date as I'm expecting to start as soon as the tenant leaves the property and I need to hand over the house to the next tenant.
