We’ve got an old state house we want to replace the kitchen in. We’re looking to get a flat pack kitchen from Mitre 10 and keep the existing location and shape of the kitchen. We desperately need a new stove and due to wiring/electrical considerations the kitchen needs to be done to allow this — so this is a priority for us. Happy to help with or do most of the kitchen demo. We’d also like to close off an existing door and create a new doorway next to it (where there is currently a cupboard), and open up the top half of a wall to create a more open look. We also want our internal fireplace removed and a couple of other small internal changes and minor fixes. Happy for the work to be done in stages but we’d like a price indication in the next month or so if possible.
