"Minor" Bathroom Renovation - Looking for estimates
Job description
Hi there, We are looking for individual (if possible) estimates for the following work in our small early 80s bathroom: - Remove water damaged ceiling plasterboard and install new for painting (see photo). Whole ceiling panel is approx. 2000 x 1800 mm or 3.6 m^2 - Remove existing vanity and install a new floating sink we've bought (see photo) - Remove vinyl laminate flooring (we want to install SPC planking ourselves) - Update toilet plumbing to more modern fittings - Silicone all edges around bath, vanity, toilet etc. - Install new extractor fan Its a 4m^2 bathroom - dimensions are 2080 x 1880 mm. It has had some average DIY work done, coupled with some water damage near the shower. We aren't wanting to do a full renovation but just update a few of the key fixtures and tidy up for painting it ourselves. If you could help with any of these jobs during April/May, let us know! Pete is an experienced, professional and fast working builder and we're very lucky to have him take on our bathroom job. He, his plumber and electrician transformed it completely and we couldn't be happier. He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to make our reno as easy and cost effective for us as possible.
