Kitchen wall removal

Wanting to remove a small wall. Not loadbearing but probably needs to be tied in after. Stove / cupboard on one side which we want to leave in place for now (though extractor fan will be removed) and I'll put some ply over back of cupboard. This is first stage of a kitchen renovation which will be quoted after, so if that's also your thing let me know.
