Bathroom and kitchen in sleep out #2

Plans completed and council consent obtained: I have an existing sleep out with spaces designated for bathroom and kitchen. There is a laundry in the same building that has plumbing, but no plumbing in the sleep out currently. Looking to get underway pretty much immediately. Building, plumbing , and electrical required. Will need to work around council inspections, etc.
