Converting lounge to bedroom / bedroom to lounge

We are looking for a reliable builder for internal renovation. This will require, converting the existing lounge into a bedroom and building a new ensuite bathroom, and converting a bedroom into a lounge (on the plans it was originally the lounge in the first place) to make the home open plan.
