Renovate with supplied fixtures and fittings #2

Walls are 2.1 meter X 1.6 meter x 2.4 ( H). Replace 3 and a half walls ( half wall has window insert ) and ceiling plasterboard, plaster all gaps between plasterboards and, replace likely rotted batterns near bath on two walls and rotted floor boards where bath currently is, all plasterboards to be supplied by trade mans. Replace Bath with Diamond Shower 1000 x 1000 where bath currently is; new pipe work required to waste and shower mixer in shower; I will supply shower/mixer and waste . Install Booster Pump to existing Low pressure Hot Water Cylinder to bring pressure for hot water up to high mains pressure, I will supply booster pump . Replace Basin with new smaller narrow Basin and Combined Tap in same position as original basin but waste from basin is to be routed back through wall and not floor as at present, I will supply basin and tap . Replace Toilet with new Toilet in same position, possible tap position for system to be moved; I will supply toilet . Install 3 in 1 Light/Fan/Heater with Ducking, I will supply this. Install Heater Rail, I will supply this.. Install Safety Rail in shower, I will supply this. Lay sheet vynal flooring in small surface area, supplied by Trademans . Looking to commence job as soon as possible..
