Fixing Water Damage and Replacing Bath and Shower

Hi, Recently we had a pipe leak in our bathroom underneath our bathtub and shower which has caused water damage to some of the floorboards and wall interior. We have been advised to have a builder look into the damage to fix it, but we have been wanting to replace our bathtub with either a spa bath or a deeper bathtub and a new shower head to go above anyway so we wanted to inquire on looking into a quote for a renovation plan to replacing the bathtub and shower while also repairing the floor and replacing all the leftover duxquest piping we have in our house.
