Kitchen renovation

We are wanting to rip out the old 1940s state house kitchen, and have a long bench with a kitchen island. Currently there is a load bearing wall in the place where we want the island that we want to get rid of. (Roof is being replaced early feb) We have a formica 3m benchtop with sink that we want to use. The cabinets need to go (bright red and green), the water cupboard (600mm from the left wall) will be taken out. If we can replace the pink linoleum as well, great. We have the measurements, and a small plan, but we have 4.7m to work with along one side which needs to include a dishwasher, fridge and we would like a pantry made also.
