Kitchen renovation

I am looking for a builder, who has access to all the necessary trades to do the following: - installing a kitchen - we are negotiating with a couple of kitchen suppliers all associated works - procuring and managing the various trades that will need to be involved - moving a hot water cylinder from the kitchen to the hallway, sourcing and installing an airing cabinet to house the cylinder - moving the power meter from the kitchen an exterior location on the same wall any “associated works” including, but not limited to: - removal of current kitchen and the area made good -Install any dwangs if required for the kitchen installation are installed and in correct place -All walls are to be gibbed, gib-stopped (plastered) and painted. It is recommended to have the final coat after the cabinetry is installed. All new walls, bulkheads or capping must be square plumb and true -Any electrical points need to be moved to correct positions -Plumbing to be in correct placement -Bulkheads need to be built to specification on final plans and prior to kitchen being installed. All new Walls, Bulkheads or capping must be square plumb and true -Ducting/Rangehood, install ducting and rangehood -Protection of finished floors -Accept delivery of joinery -Fit appliances -install of benchtops -Install of tiled splash backs -Change lighting -Paint and finish interior

Simon Perry was the builder who did the building work . He also project managed the tradies, and liaised with the cabinet maker / kitchen designer / installer. We found this service absolutely outstanding. clear communications, great workmanship, everyone turned up when they said they would. And they stuck to the quote. We would use him again, without hesitation. Great bunch of people.
