2-into-1 bathroom
Job description
Remove wall between bathroom and toilet (presently includes electrics for towel heating rail and wall fan heater); lift carpet off floor of both bathroom and toilet; remove old bath and vanity; take out toilet door and fill in wall; remove lining of old shower and shower bifold door; install new one-piece alcove shower with ShowerDome and one-piece door; install Burmark Hip Bath; install wall hung basin and floating shelf beside; rehang toilet door as new bathroom door; reposition wall switch for lights; install new heated towel rail and wall heater; replace old toilet with new close-coupled one. Had hoped to have done before Christmas!

Wayne went 'above and beyond' to personalise a shelf and step required to complete the job; hunting out some rimu and planing it to fit! Always kept the work place tidy at the end of the day. There were extra expenses for an unforeseeable breather pipe in the middle of the wall to be demolished! Took extra time to figure out where it could go without re-siting the roof extension!
