Gut & Rebuild Bedroom Interior
Job description
I have a large bedroom space in a 50-year old home. I want to completely demo and remodel the space which will require the following works: • Gut the room including removal of the existing wardrobes, pelmets, ceiling linings • Rewire – add in multiple power points and lighting throughout the room. FYI The mains board in the house is circa 1968 so maybe needs replacement • Update insulation in walls and ceiling as necessary (there is no ceiling cavity) • Build a small half wall to create a boundary / visual break (decorative only / not-loadbearing) • Reline / rejib • Plaster and paint Key information: • A photo of the space is attached which was the property when staged for sale. We want to turn this into our master bedroom • The home was built to high standards and is in original state • The room is 5.2 x 5.2 • The property is in Hutt Central

Wonderful experience - great team, incredibly professional and caring. In every respect this renovation was an excellent job. Bramit Contracting have the right people who each are top class. We completely gutted and relined our large bedroom, creating a suite with walk in robe, new wiring throughout, build works, electrical, paint and plaster. We look forward to more project works with this team.
