Hi there, The property under the link below will be auctioned on the 12th of June. I would be looking for a builder to take a good look at the property, check what strucutral issues it might have and give a ballbark on how much it would cost to renovate. Apart from the possbile issues found, I would like to do the following: - The house needs to be fully rewired - Full re-gib and interior paint - Check weatherboards, repair or replace some if needed. Full exterior paint - Add 1 interior wall to have it as a 2 bedroom property. - Bathroom: New floor covering (nice but cheap), new toilet, new shower and vanity. Paint and some nice (and cheap) way of covering the walls against splash - Kitchen: New floor covering, new cabinets, range hood installation - New carpet throughout I would like to do a budget reno, but it will need to be balanced, so people would actually like to live in it.
