Managing the renovation/upgrade of a rental property.

We have a rental property due to become vacant very soon and we are looking for an individual to manage the repairs/renovation as soon as possible. We are probably looking at the following scope of work (we would plan to confirm this together on-site) - Replace rotten window frames - Replace all internal doors - Replace floor in bathroom - New toilet, shower and basin (effectively all new bathroom fittings) - Make good walls & ceiling and full interior repaint + paint inside exterior porches - New window furniture (we would supply curtains) - Could be other bits and bobs discovered during the renovation. Looking for someone with experience in managing a renovation with contacts with the tradesmen required to complete the various components. Once complete we would organise new carpet throughout. Thanks
