Repair failed tiling, reline walls and replace bath and shower

Tiling has failed around the bath causing a leak damaging the wall on both sides. Needs the tiling removed, walls relined, sealed and retiled. Might as well replace the bath and shower at the same time. The wall on the other side also needs regibbing. The carpet on the other side of the bathroom and vinyl in the bathroom need to be repaired/replaced but that can be done as a separate job if need be.
