We need to renovate the bathroom by joining the toilet and the bathroom areas. The entire floor space will be around 9 square metres. We would like to have the toilet where the shower currently is, and the bath where the toilet currently is. Then we would like a walk in shower. We will need to do the walls, new power points, plumbing and possibly tailing. All new appliances and extractor fan installation. We can strip the room and paint, budget around 10-15k. Ideally we would like the work done in the next three months.
