Bathroom renovation
Job description
I want to renovate my bathroom. Want to get rid of existing large wash basin. It with two taps currently. Need a new wash basin with a tap mixture and a new vanity in place of it. The shower is of old style having a steel standing. Want to replace it with a new modern shower and tiles with under floor heating, 4 in one light and fan/exhaust system. Size of bathroom is about 5 sq. mtrs.

I've engaged Jacob in May this year for my bathroom renovations, to install clear roofing for pergola at rear of house and to replace rangehoood in kitchen with a new one. I've paid 50% as deposit but he did only 20% of the work started off with rangehood and clear roofing that too with low quality. Removed bathroom taps as a start of bathroom renovations but didn't turn up until a month causing great inconvenience. Upon questioning, he said he's busy and discontinued the work. He's very unfair.
