EQC - Bathroom
Job description
Upstairs bath leaked into kitchen directly below bathroom after kaikoura quake. EQC have accepted claim for this and other work. Spa type bath - Suspect leak from waste joint or one of the jet out-lets. Loss adjuster recommends cutting hole in kitchen ceiling to scope out the issue - decide course of action - remedy and restore. Until problem is identified size of job not known - bath surround is tiled.

Great People - very fortunate they were in the area the next day - Note the cost rating entered because the nature of the job was mainly 'investigation' so no meaningful expectation of price could be given. However, for the tidy up jobs the guys did whilst on site the invoice was clear concise and as expected. I would call Goodwill again without hesitation.
