Renovations lounge, kitchen, bathroom

I've just bought a new 90m sq weatherboard house in Balcairn. It needs lounge kitchen laundry relined. Bathroom is a total relined and refit. I want to put a new ranch slider in the lounge and 2 new d/g aluminium windows in 2 other rooms. New benchtop and sink to be fitted in kitchen. Some tiling kitchen, bathroom and laundry.also a front deck and back porch. I had a builder lined up to start 5 May but he's now said can't do until,end May. So hoping I can find someone to start sooner. Thanks.
