Renovation work - general and variety of jobs.

JOB 1: REMOVAL of ASBESTOS back door alcove entrance, one side of wall - electrical household power box. Require services of; - Certified H&S practice asbestos removal specialists. - Builder (renovate alcove entrance) - Painter / plasterer (redecorate back door entrance) JOB 2: Electrician to rewire whole house and reinstall power box. Install additional hotpoints throughout the house, rewire external lighting front and back of house. Require services of; Certified electrician (provide a certificate of work. JOB 3: Re-hang windows, remove and install replacement french doors / windows (see french doors photo to swap old for new) Require services of; Builder (self explanatory) Painter (redec internal and external if required) JOB 4: *PRIORITY A total small bathroom renovation fit for elderly Dad. Wet proof shower wall and floors (walk in shower). Require services of; - Designer (measure and fit renovation work) - Electrician (Improve lighting and install new hotpoints) - Plumbing (self explainatory) - Redecorators (surfaces that require painting including ceiling) - Flooring (self explainatory) - Builder (*add the installation of internal cavity slide door to building bathroom walk in shower. Style in an open glass frame. (see attached images). JOB 5: A separate room next to bathroom is the toilet. Match the bathroom in terms of colour of walls and flooring, require a new toilet and a hand basin fitted to wall. Require services of; - Electrician (Improve lighting) - Plumbing (self explainatory) - Redecorators (surfaces that require painting including ceiling) - Flooring (self explainatory) - Builder (add the installation of internal cavity slide door between toilet and laundry - see image attached. Current external sliding door exists) JOB 6: Separate laundry redecorate to match floors and walls, put the laundry machine and basin into a cupboard. (see photo attached for example) Require services of; - Electrician (Improve lighting and additional hotpoints) - Plumbing (installation and removal of laundry taps and sink) - Redecorators (surfaces that require painting including ceiling) - Flooring (self explainatory) - Builder (add the installation of laundry cupboard and possibly replace window with new) JOB 7: Investigate and remove mould issues. (3 bedrooms and bathroom/laundry area) JOB 8: Redecorate 3 bedroomed house including lounge, hallway, kitchen and family room (walls, doors, window frames and ceilings). Require services of; - Painter - Plasterer - Jobs are listed and not prioritised with the exception of JOB 4 - the priority (bathroom renovation) - Straight forward no RC required. - Require separate quotes for each trade please.
