KITCHEN FITTING REQUIRED

I have at present an original galley kitchen in my home and I have purchased a newer galley kitchen. I would like the old kitchen taken out and replaced with the newer one. The water tank needs removing as it is in the way, I wish to place that in the roof void (heaps of room). And then some rewiring and tiling to finish the kitchen renovation.
