Very very disappointed. Measurements out, cabinets damaged, workmanship on walls very poor.

"I don't know what to say to be honest. I don't think anything I said would change the outcome of the clients perspective. As the client told me "If someone came into his cafe and didnt like their coffee, he would change it and make them happy" they are the customer......business is about the customer.
If you paid 3.50 for a filter coffee would you complain if it wasn't right, what about if you paid 3.50 for a coffee luak and it wasnt what you expected....is it still the same argument"
