A couple of reno for an old lady

1940s house, we just owned it and before to rent it we are looking to renovate some parts : Job 1 - We have the shower and the toilet separated by a wall. We want to attach the separate toilet with the shower (approximately 2x2 together) by removing the wall between them. I can't tell if it's a bearing wall. We are looking to get the wall removed, the bathroom relined, including gib, ceiling and floor. The existing shower gonna be replaced. I will remove the plasterboard, the ceiling and the shower. Job 2 - we are looking to get the master bedroom (5x3) relined put plasterboard including Gib stopping and putting in insulation into the exterior facing wall. I will remove the plasterboard as well. Painting could be an option to include. Could you please give a quote for each job with options Cheers
